I have always believed leadership means showing up, listening, and standing alongside the people I serve. Throughout my years of public service and community advocacy, I have worked to raise awareness around issues impacting Detroit families and neighborhoods, while fighting for safer communities, stronger support systems, and meaningful change. My commitment has always been rooted in action, compassion, and ensuring every voice in our community is heard.

Safe, affordable housing is essential to strong communities. I am committed to expanding housing access, protecting residents, and supporting neighborhood growth across the district.

Quality healthcare should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I will fight for stronger healthcare access, preventive care, and support for families, seniors, and vulnerable communities.

Strong communities begin with strong foundations. I will advocate for safer roads, improved public spaces, reliable transportation, and investments that strengthen our neighborhoods.

I believe our seniors and retirees deserve to age with dignity, respect, and financial security. I will advocate for accessible healthcare, stronger retirement protections, community resources, and programs that help older adults remain healthy, independent, and connected.

​Small businesses are the backbone of our communities. I am committed to supporting entrepreneurs, expanding access to resources, and ensuring business owners have the tools, technical assistance, and opportunities needed to grow and succeed.

We owe our veterans and military families more than gratitude, we owe them support. I will advocate for improved access to healthcare, housing, employment opportunities, and resources that honor their service and sacrifice
